I have read
http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/IOTD...
and i know in Landsat 8 to have Band 9 , it's band cirus to detection cloud. But i don't understand about method processing to remove (mask) cloud in envi. Can you help me? Thanks

If you know the range of pixel values that the cirrus cloud cover you could enter them in the ROI Tool Band Threshold to ROI function. This would create an ROI that you could use as a mask.
