I have atmospherically corrected a number of RapidEye (L3A) tiles and one of them appears red in colour. I have re-processed this tile a number of times to ensure that the same methodology was applied to all images, but it looks to me that the raster pyramid is not being built. Can I force ENVI 5.0 to build pyramids for this particular tile?

In the directory with the file, do you see a file with an extension of .enp? This would be the pyramid file. If not, you might check your preferences->Directories to see where the alternate output directories may be if you do not have write permission to the data directory.
