Hello, i was trying to convolve a spectra extracted from ASTER jhu spectral library to TM band response. I heard that by using ENVI Spectral Resampling Function and tm.sli. "Landsat TM filter function" they say that it is easy. Also i heard that ENVI includes the ASTER spectral library too. But when i checked the ENVI 4.7 i saw that there are band 1,2,3,4,5,7 in tm.sli file. but i will try to convolve emissivity of manmade spectras to TM 6 band response. not the reflective spectras to reflective band response. Are there anyway to make emissivity convolution in ENVI ?

I am afraid ENVI does not include the spectral response function for the thermal bands of TM or ETM data. It does contain a separate library for the LDCM_tirs bands. You would have to access the spectral response function for the thermal bands and then combine them into a new spectral library with the VIS-SWIR bands to convolve all of the TM bands, including thermal band 6.
