Hi, I need help. I have an image composed of two bands, and I need to understand the relation between the values in the two bands. Due to this I used the tool " 2D scatter plots"... now my point is that I need to import this scatter plot to execute some statistical analysis ( e.g. an excel spreadsheet). Is there a way to do this? ..( i have seen I can save it as an image,but that's not enough for my analysis) I tried also to use the statistic on both the bands, but in that case, not having the coordinates for each pixel, I can' t plot the data correctly ( said in different words .. I can' t understand which are the x (band 1) and y ( band 2 ) values corresponding to the same pixel (coordinate) to plot this directly in excel. I don t know if it s clear.
