I am having a hyperspectral image with 72 bands. I opened it as true color using 3 of those bands. When I map the area with ROI's and want to use them for classification, will the ROI's actually contain all the 72 bands, or just the bands that are currently displayed? Ex: Would the ROI contain different values if I have a false composite showing using NIR bands vs having a true composite using the Visible Light bands

The ROIs will use whatever bands you pass to the Classification routine (or any other routine) you use and has nothing to do with the bands displayed. If you perform a spectral subset when selecting the input band, the ROIs will be used to extract the values from those bands only.
