Hi, I used Flaash for my image calibration. In flaash, the ground elevation input data is filled with estimated one single value. What if the study area is not flat and tends to be mountainous or having rough topography? What value to be filled in the input value? How Flaash eliminate the effect of topography in surface reflectance value despite the absence of dem as one of the input information?

FLAASH does not correct for topography as you would get if you supplied a DEM to the process. You can enter the scene 'average' elevation in the dialog.
