Unfortunately, this functionality simply takes a screenshot of the LiDAR point cloud as it appears in the viewer. This means that the image that is chipped to file is limited to the resolution of the screen on which it is captured. There are some third party screen capture utilities such as Snagit that allow the user to bump up the dpi of the image being captured. This is something that I have used in the past to get the highest resolution image possible for print or display in a webpage.
