Dear All, I would like to collect sample spectra from each of the pixels of a particular ROI. Please explain me how to extract. When I tried I could get only the mean spectra of a particlular class (ROI). But for analysis purpose I need all samples of that ROI. Suggest me some ideas. Thanks in advance. Hi Arun, If you are using ENVI 5.2 with the default interface (not ENVI Classic, or an older version of ENVI), then after you've created your ROI you can go to the Region of Interest Tool window and choose File > Export > Export to CSV. This will write an ASCII file in comma separated value format, which contains the x and y coordinates for each pixel in the specified ROI, along with the value for that pixel in each band of the associated image. - Peg Exelis VIS
