Dear Edgar Avalos: The "Export Image" option will be grayed out until you have selected an item that is of the 'image' type. Annotations (such as a line or a shape that has been drawn in the window) are not of the image type and thus cannot be exported using the "Export Image" feature. If you would like to save an image along with any annotation you may have added, you may do so by selecting each item that you would like to include and then choosing "File -> Save As" and choosing the file type (png, gif, jpg, tif, etc) that you would like to create.
