    Hello, i keep getting this message: IDLGRSRCDEST::ERASE:Unable to acquiredevide content. Please consult the supplier of the application. I was trying to see a PET scan, i have registered and i was aprroved, then i dowloaded the IDL 8.5.1 for Microsoft Windows (7,8,10) 64-bit. Please help me.

    Usually, errors like this occur because there is an issue between the system and the graphics rendering setting that IDL is using. Try switching the graphics rendering from Hardware to Software (or vice versa) and see if that helps with the problem. To switch it, you can go to Window > Preferences > IDL > Graphics. Another possibility is that this might be an error in the application you are using. If that is the case, you will need to consult with the author of the application and make sure it setup properly. IDL_GR_WIN_RENDERER
