Hello, Often times the FlexNet License error -96,7 can be vague and difficult to troubleshoot as it just indicates an issue with the license manager service not running properly. This could be due to any number of configuration and/or communication issues. The first step in troubleshooting would be to manually attempt to start the license manager service by following the commands outlined in the below help article, this should either start the service as needed or produce a debug log that can assist in further troubleshooting. http://www.harrisgeospatial.com/Suppo... The next link below is a help article for the error message itself that may assist as well. Hope this helps. Thank you http://www.harrisgeospatial.com/Suppo... -Technical Support
