I've already created an account to download previous ENVI and IDL versions. But I got message that my access is denied due to verification pending process. So I have to wait up to 24 working hour and later on I can download previous version for free. Please reconfirm if I misunderstood any information!

I believe you will need a full address including postal code in order to verify your account. Could you fill in your entire address for your contact information?
While this will allow you access to the ENVI 5.3 download, it still requires a license to run ENVI.

Oh I think I did fulfill all compulsory information but I'm not sure whether I provide full address or zip code or not. So please guide me how to edit my account information to support for the verification process?

The first Crop Science module version 1.0 was for 5.4. You would need this version or newer.

Where do you see a free ENVI download? ENVI requires a license. IDL has a VIrtual Machine application to run IDL compiled .sav files. This is free to use without licensing.
