For SWIR:

And the FWHM are the same after Radiometric Calibration. And after the layer stacking and the conversion to BIL.

Yes it's the WV-3 sensor.

It shows in your header that the fwhm are very large values for SWIR:
fwhm = {
60.000000, 70.000000, 60.000000, 125.000000, 30000.000000,
40000.000000, 40000.000000, 40000.000000, 40000.000000, 40000.000000,
50000.000000, 70000.000000}

Did you manually enter these? You can edit them via View Header->Edit Header to be the appropriate values.

It seems that a problem occurs with the unit of FWHM values. In the raw data it's from 30-70nm but in the file I used, it's 30-70um...

I will modify that. Thanks !
