Preview Problem in Feature Extraction

In feature extraction workflow, "preview" option is not working right during segmentation step. The preview screen is completely black and green segments are not visible. I can extract details when I do the same operations using the tutorial data used in the tutorial videos of Envi but preview is inactive. Do you know how to solve this problem or have you ever encountered this problem before?

It is related to whether preview screen is completely inside the image boundaries when it is opened. No problem anymore...

What version of ENVI are you running? I would first try going to File->Preferences->Display General and toggle the "Use graphics card to accelerate enhancement tools' to OFF. Then try the Preview windows in FX and see if it helps. This behavior is often caused by a graphics card issue.
