To account for the Forest Health, I need to take into account 5 parameters, however, since the code is not public I can not make any changes or add the parameters myself. Please let me know a way around it. If the equation is available then it will be great and I can myself work my way around it by coding it myself.

The documentation for the Forest Health tool discusses which spectral vegetation indices are used in the calculation: https://www.harrisgeospatial.com/docs/ForestHealthTool.html In the tool, you select which of the required indices to use in the Forest Health calculation. The spectral bands required to calculate the selected indices are also discussed in the documentation. With this information, you could use IDL or Band math to perform the calculation.
