Hi, I have to do some analysis and was hoping someone who has done something similar might help! I have some spectroscopic data, and my image from the FPA is the spread out light. I basically want to analyze a portion of this, and obtain intensity vs. pixels (i.e. corresponding to wavelength) to get the spectrum. I can open my image both in IDL and IImage and did do the histogram profile in IImage, but need something more for pixel by pixel. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Radha
