    When I try to activate a license by using the harrislicense application or licenseadministrator application i get this in command line:
    IDL 8.7.2 (darwin x86_64 m64).
    (c) 2019, Harris Geospatial Solutions, Inc.

    % Loaded DLM: IDLJSON.
    % Loaded DLM: PNG.

    but the window that pops up is small and cannot be expanded so I can not do anything with it. When I close it the whole program shuts down.
