n-D Visualizer and ROI's

    Hi, I am new to ENVI so excuse me if I did not explain in a clear manner my problem. I am trying to create some ROI's using the n-D Visualizer tool [for simplicity I have created 6 classes (Class-New)]. Of course I have searched for pixels located at the corners of the plot, while rotating the n-D Visualizer. Here is the problem: when I am exporting the ROI's and add them in the Layer Manager there are no pixels/ROI's even though in the n-D Visualizer I have picked more than 100 pixels for every class. Any thoughts? I am using ENVI 5.3 New User Interface. On the classic interface I do not have that problem.

    No worries on being new to ENVI - it’s a complicated software and takes a lot of time to learn!

    Have you tried selecting more pixels for each class? You say you are selecting more than 100 pixels, how many approximately are you picking?

    Are you receiving any errors, or are the ROIs simply not being visualized after you add them to the layer manager?

    Lastly, have you created the ROI in Classic and then tried adding that ROI to the layer manager in ENVI 5.3?
