I clipped an image using a vector and added ‘data ignore value = 0’ to the header file. It is correct when displayed in envi but still has black borders in IDL. I don't know how ‘data ignore value’ is handled by envi. Is it saved as NAN? What function should I use to display an image with no black border in IDL? Or how do I deal with the value 0 in the array that should be ignored?
