    Hello everyone,

    I have a question related to the results from SFF. Because of the fact that there are created 4 different images for each mineral, I can't find a solution to combine those data and to create an overall map. Is there a way to solve this?Thank you very much in advance!

    SFF is intended to look at each endmember individually through the 'fit' information that includes both scale and RMS information. The help topic for SFF discusses how you might create a classification type image for the results:
