    My account has been approved 3 days ago and I need to download The IDL Virtual Machine (for Mac Osx) follow by https://www.l3harrisgeospatial.com/Support/Self-Help-Tools/Help-Articles/Help-Articles-Detail/ArtMID/10220/ArticleID/17309/The-IDL-Virtual-Machine , but I still cannot download anything. When I click on the download link, it appears "The requested URL was not found on this server." Does anyone know the problem?

    Our website downloads are temporarily down. What mac OS version are you running? The IDL 8.5.1 version available on our website is for macOS 10.9/10.10.
    If you are running a newer version of macOS such as 10.15.x, you will need a different IDL VM to run. You can contact technical support directly for this download.

    On the legacy download page it says what you should do:
    Our website downloads are temporarily unavailable.
    If you need a legacy version of ENVI or IDL, please contact Technical Support
