I am trying to run a Decision Tree based classification using LiDAR and NDVI images. The projection is the same.
The pixel size was different, but I resampled the LiDAR to match the NDVI's image pixel size, hoping that would resolve the issue.
The spatial extension is slightly different as the sensors were flown separately, and the pixels are not lining up perfectly. Could that be causing the problem?
I'd be glad to learn a bit more about how data consumption works when working with the Decision Tree classification.
