Dear all,
I am trying to download Sentinel-1 auxiliary orbit files (AUX_POEORB and AUX_RESORB) but I am getting the following error
Updating AUX_POEORB files in 'C:\SARscape_aux\AUX_POEORB'...
Searching...
[!] Unable to search
Reason: corrupted JSON answer

Reason: corrupted JSON answer
No problems occurred with download of AUX_CAL and AUX_INS data.
I think that after migration to Copernicus dataspace, some processing parameters should be changed but I really don't know how to set them. Can you please help me with this issue? I am using the SARscape version 5.6.2.1.

There is a recent patch release for Sarscape 5.7 that resolves this issue. From the Sarscape toolbox, go to 'Last Patch Available' while will open a browser to the Sarmap website.
Grab the latest patch and apply it. Then try the process again.

Hi MariM,
thank you for your kind reply. Not sure that my organization can upgrade the licence, but I will double check. Anyway, do you know any method to fix the issue using my current software version?

I'm currently using the SARScape 5.6.2.1 version and have applied the 'Last Patch Available' to update the software. However, I am still getting the same error. It seems that nothing is being downloaded in the AUX_POEORB and AUX_RESORB folders.
Kindly let me know if anyone has successfully resolved the problem.
