Hi, iam using ppc linux system. Is there any IDLversion on that kind of system ? My system details are : ---------------------- >uname -a Linux *** 2.6.15-26-powerpc64-smp #1 SMP Fri Sep 8 20:08:02 UTC 2006 ppc64 GNU/Linux ------------------------ Thank you !

IDL is not available for this O.S./chipset-hardware combination. Sometimes processors come with an "emulator" that is able to translate into the machine language that they read Linux software compiled for Intel X86 hardware. However, I know nothing about the capabilities of any Power PC processors to do such emulation. James Jones
