ITT Visual Information Solutions does not have any libraries built into IDL for SVM processing. If you look on Google for keyphrase and keyword "Support Vector Machines" and "IDL", then you see that there are probably several such libraries that have been written by third parties, but I could not quickly find any that were available for freeware download.
