Senior Accountant (Boulder, CO)

We have an exciting full-time opportunity, with great growth potential, for a mid-level+ accounting professional whose background includes general ledger maintenance, financial analysis and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Controller in maintaining the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Assist other accounting staff members in various areas of the department including cash, accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations and reviews of other financial transactions.
• Play an integral part in the processes and procedures of the company’s internal controls!

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-10 years accounting experience.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience.
• Technical and comprehensive knowledge of accounting functional areas.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and US GAAP.
• Experience with international transactions and knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management systems (HFM) a plus!
• CPA a plus!
