1792 Accounting Coordinator (Boulder, CO) The Accounting Coordinator performs a variety of clerical accounting functions such as compiling and sorting documents, calculating and/or verifying amounts, and posting transactions to accounts. The Coordinator is assigned to specific areas of accounting, such as accounts receivables, accounts payable, etc., and works under moderate supervision with regular review of completed work and work in progress. What You’ll Do: • Assist accountants in administering the accounts payable and receivable functions • Process daily payments from bank report • Work on collection for outstanding payments on a weekly basis • Make recommendations regarding credit holds • Verify invoices for accuracy prior to posting • Process credit memos • Post, code and run A/P checks weekly, sorting and filing backups • File and maintain accounting records What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred • 18 months to 3 years of clerical accounting experience • Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures, including filing accounting records, check processing, data entry and cash applications • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software systems • Previous experience with Pivotal and/or Acuity preferred. • Excellent data review and processing skills • Detail oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills ENVI Geoservices and ArcGIS® Online – A New Paradigm for Image Analytics Systems and Services
