Assistant Controller (Boulder, CO)

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an accounting professional whose background includes financial analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and a strong emphasis in forecasting and budgeting.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Assist the Controller in maintaining the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Assist other accounting staff members in various areas of the department including general ledger transactions, cash, accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.

 

What You Need:

 

• ** Must be a U.S. citizen **
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years accounting experience with emphasis in forecasting and budgeting
• Technical and comprehensive knowledge of accounting functional areas
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and US GAAP
• Experience with international transactions and knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management systems (HFM) a plus!
• CPA a plus!
