1560 Technical Support Specialist (Boulder, CO) We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic professional to join our Technical Support team. This entry-level Technical Support position supports external and internal users of our software products via phone and email. The qualified candidate will excel at answering a variety of customer service and technical support related questions, with emphasis on software product licensing and installation support. What You’ll Do: • Assist customers via telephone and email in an accurate and professional manner, using effective communication skills • Work with internal and external customers on product and licensing issues/questions • Uncover all aspects of each customer service issue for complete resolution and customer satisfaction • Work with team members to ensure customer support requests are completed thoroughly with high customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: • Outgoing, customer-oriented attitude with ability to manage a variety of customer issues and responses • Ability to consistently perform under deadlines in a high-pressure environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to receive and record detailed information in telephone conversations and written correspondence • Customer service experience with a technical product or software product is a plus • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in technical field, or equivalent working experience is a plus • Strong PC skills (Windows, Linux, or Macintosh operating systems preferred) • Working knowledge of FlexLM licensing and troubleshooting tools is a plus Heads in the clouds Interoperable Geospatial Solutions Strengthen Homeland Security
