Why do I get errors such as the following when installing the IAS RAIS product on Solaris, using the "sudo" command?
chown: unknown user id: iasuser:rsi

Discussion:
It may be necessary to run the installer as "root" rather than with "sudo" in order to be able to configure the IAS RAIS server to run as a daemon and to configure file ownership permissions for the RAIS installation. Installing RAIS via the "sudo" command may not always provide sufficient permission to complete the configuration process, possibly resulting in unexpected errors, such as those listed above.Solution:
