[INTERNAL] The SARscape "Generate GCP" tool is sometimes failing due to the .enp ENVI file

Anonym
The following issue may occur with the "Generate GCP" tool in SARscape.
  • after creating a new GCP on a given image the customer clicks on the Save button in the interface
  • the customer can select a directory and a filename
  • the interface behaves as if the file was saved
  • however there is no output file in the output directory

This behavior went away after deleting the .enp file that is generating by ENVI when displaying the image. The issue is back when the .enp file is not deleted prior to launch the Generate GCP tool.
