In the online help for RS_TEST (Mann-Whitney test), the computed P-value for the test is 0.0733429, and the conclusion is that "the computed probability (0.0733429) is greater than the 0.05 significance level and therefore we do not reject the hypothesis that X and Y have the same mean of distribution." Since this is a two-sided test (equality of means), shouldn't the P-value be multiplied by 2 before comparing it to 0.05? In this case, the conclusion would be the same, but the above statement implies that you compare the one-sided P-value of the test against the significance level.
