Hello, I am trying to run Forward Principal Components Rotation (computing new statistics) on a 16-band file comprised of atmospherically corrected Landsat 8 bands and calculated EVI. Every time I try to run the PCA it freezes at around 99% - the computing statistics phase. The first few times I encountered the problem, I couldn't shut the software down. This last time I got an error message. "An error was caught in the main event handler. Error: LA_EIGENPROBLEM: Routine did not converge, STATUS=16." I clicked okay but the process never finished so I canceled it. Any ideas? Is the file too large for PCA to run? It's 3.69GB.

The error is a little different because the underlying routine used for PCA has changed, but I believe this is the same as the "Too many iterations in tqli" error discussed in this help article: http://www.exelisvis.com/Support/Help...
