I have SPOT4 and SPOT5 imagery that I need to atmospherically correct. The images come in digital numbers. How can I go from DN to radiance values to import into FLAASH or QUAC? I tried dividing the DN by the absolute calibration gain value, but it did not work. Any models out there for getting SPOT radiance from DN? Also, if using FLAASH, what is the correct radiance scale factor(s)? Thank you for any help!

Using the gain to divide into the data should get you to W .m^2 sr-1.um-1 and FLAASH expects units of uW.cm^2.sr-1.nm-1 so you would use a scale factor of 10. Why do you say it does not work? Did you get an error message? Quac can use DN or radiance as input.
