ENVI 5.3 and Windows 32-bit installers

THIS INFORMATION ONLY PERTAINS TO SOFTWARE VERSIONS IDL 8.5, ENVI 5.3 AND PRIOR

Beginning with ENVI 5.3, 32-bit installers for Windows will no longer be provided.  However, the 32-bit binaries are still provided with the 64-bit Windows installer so that you can launch ENVI in 32-bit mode on 64-bit Windows systems.  This ensures interoperability with ArcGIS will continue in ENVI 5.3.

You can find the 32-bit versions of ENVI in the ENVI 5.3 program group found under Start->Programs->ENVI 5.3->ENVI for ArcGIS and Tools->ENVI Classic 5.3 (32-bit).
