ENVI Photogrammetry Module 5.7 Release Notes

The ENVI Photogrammetry Module consists of three tools (supported on Windows 64-bit platforms only):

  • Generate Point Clouds and DSM by Dense Image Matching: Located under the Terrain folder in the ENVI Toolbox.
  • RPC Orthorectification Using DSM from Dense Image Matching: Located under the Geometric Correction > Orthorectification folder in the ENVI Toolbox.
  • Rigorous Orthorectification: Located under the Geometric Correction > Orthorectification folder in the ENVI Toolbox, or through the Map menu in ENVI Classic.

You must have ENVI 5.7 installed and licensed on your system before installing the ENVI Photogrammetry Module. Refer to the ENVI Help for instructions on using the above tools.

Fixed Issues

Issue Description
ENVI-72446 Unable to import WV-3 SWIR data.
ENVI-72807 Removed Spring Framework library (CVE-2018-15756) to address security vulnerability.
