Using Georeferenced Mosaicking in Envi 5.1 2035 1

Hello,
my Name is Kai, 31 years old and student for Geographic Information in Germany. At time, i`m working with ENVI 5.1 and i want make an automatic mosaicking with georefenced pictures. I have seen on a youtube tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watchv=tr_2tA9CtCo) that you can work with button "Georeferenced Mosaicking". But i hav`nt this button on University Computer. Is this a plug in How can i become this Is it a part of license I hope you can help me, thank you very much.

I created a point shapefile in ArcGIS that contains multiple GCPs. I'd like to import these points into the RCP orthorectification workflow. However the workflow can't read the shapefile. What format does the shapefile need to be in for it to be loaded

Please forgive my asking about the Azimuth and Zenith Angle parameters for FLAASH, as I know it has been covered here many time before. I have a specific question about RapidEye 1B.
Based upon the parameters that are listed in my accompanying metadata record, it would seem intuitive that I could calculate the Zenith Angle using the "spaceCraftViewAngle" which has a reasonable value of 3.067680e00 degrees. Therefore I believe the FLAASH Zenith Angle parameter would equal 180 - |3.06768...

Hi,I use ENVI 4.8.I am trying SVM classification on a one-band (a VI- GDVI), with a small coverage (159600 pixels). This error message came; envi_svm_doit: An error has occurred during processingError:"IDL SVM Library Malloc allocation error" The result may be invalid.then I defragmented the working and the root directories, and ran the classification again.but the same error message keeps coming.I tried the same with NDVI, before and after. I'm trying to fuse SPOT 5 PAN and XS images and having trouble with the radiometric correction. I was hoping to obtain at surface reflectance as the fused image will be used for vegetation analysis. I was able to calibrate and preform a FLAASH correction on the XS image but cannot follow the same procedure for the PAN image as FLAASH requires a multiband input. Is there another (fairly accurate) model for PAN atmospheric correction Or would it make sense to leave both images as radiance and pre...

Hi, everyone, a TM mosaic image with 8496 samples and 7375 lines (30 m spatial resolution)could cover my whole area. Hi, I know I'm a little behind with my ENVI version (I don't see our institute upgrading for quite awhile).
I'm trying to generate a Land Surface Temp map using Band 10 (keeping it simple) in Landsat 8. I'm not exactly sure of the workflow, and seem to get a few different directions from different sources. Hello,
I am trying to work with the day night band on VIIRS sensor. I can open and view the images with no problems and the image looks fine. However when I try to view the values they all appear as 0. I am assuming this is because the values of the pixels are in nanowatts (10^-9) and the values scale only shows number up to 10^-6. I have tried to use the band math option to multiply the values by 10^9 in order to try and normalize them but I end up with number on the order of 10^-6 for some rea...

When I use the Hyperion image with Radiometric Calibration Tool, with Flaash Setting, after completing calibration, a Pop up window appeared, and showing that
"The following spectral value in the ENVI header is not consistent with the number of bands: bbl
This value will be ignored."
When I reopen the calibrated image then it also shows same. what is the problem.
What value or File I have to use for "Radiance Scale Factor" at Flaash
Please help me

I'm working on radar imagery. I need whole DN values (in grid format) from radar imagery to perform some calculation in spreadsheet. I've tried file-save file as-ascii file, but the values of DN is 0 for every pixel, which is impossible. Is there another way to get it Thanks for your help
