converting SPECPR file formats in to ENVI readable spectral library files 1870 4

The SPECPR files available with USGS spectra files are readable using the plugins which are tested with envi. specially envi 4.5 and 4.8. how ever is it possible to convert the full spectrum of specpr file in to a spectral library format in envi when converting the SPECPR file in to ascii format and generating the spectral library it is giving an error message of not containing the full spectra of the SPECPR file. After Radiometric Correction -> FLAASH Atmospheric Correction, ASTER L1T bands 4 - 5 - 6 has too high negative values. I've used 'Aerosol model, Aerosol Retrieval - None' as the area is a terrain region. Hi, I would like to convert a Level 1c Landsat 8 OLI product to surface reflectance like that of the multispectral bands. Do i have to follow the same procedure of Level 1C bands -> Radiometric calibration -> FLAASH or is there intermediate steps that has to be included for thermal bands

As using ENVI 5.3 (non-classic), I couldn’t find a way to save displayed image (RGB) of a hyperspectral cube with some annotations to an image file with same size but without margins. I can use “Chip to file” menu item to save it into a tif file. But the saved image has different size and white margins in all sides. Thus, my question is: How to save displayed image to original size without the margins

Hi We have 23 landsat 8 level 2 imageries which has to be mosaiced. Based on date, we have mosaiced individual bands (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6) and now it's down to 5 imageries. But we are not getting a seamless mosaic as the there is one month difference between the five imageries. Is it possible to 'normalize' the values of one image w.r.t another one. Of course, vegetation plays a huge role in this process. But can't we match terrain and soil ( 100 is not possible) as seamless as possible ...

I can collect a combined subset of spectral library from each dataset and plan to use those spectral library to other dataset using neural network classification, But for now, the only I see for neural net import is either .roi or .evf and can be imported from the same dataset. According to the tutorial provided by 'https://www.harrisgeospatial.com/docs/CalculateCloudMaskUsingFmask.html' I created a cloud mask for Sentinel 2 imagery, but while I tried to apply the mask the mask only gets applied to 10 m bundle of the image while denies for 20 and 60m bundles. Can anyone please help me on this or do anyone have a better idea to mask out clouds Thanks in advance.

Hello! For many issues we need to perform numerous correction to images, for some of them ENVI need the original metadata of the files, but this metadata is lost when you process. A simply 2 pre-processing are for example: Orthorectification and Radiometric Calibration. Hello, I am trying to calculate the along_track incidence angle for an IKONOS image so I can build RPCs using the 'Build RPCs' tool.
