Try setting your water retrieval band to the 0.83 feature rather than 1..13um feature.It does not appear you have bands in this range.

You change it in the FLAASH dialog. The template just records your settings.

I was keeping trying with the standard settings I shared with you before, but it is showing an error "Calculate solar elevation for given date, time,lat,long is very small. With a value of
approximately:15.79 (Note: longitute should be negative for western hemisphere.) Select OK to continue with current parameters or cancel to abort."

I did "OK", but still it is keeping showing this error. Please help me out how I can fix it?

You probably get multiple warnings as it processes each tile of data. Eventually it may complete but the warning is telling you that for the day and time you enter, your solar to sensor elevation is too low (the sun is too low on the horizon) and the model may be poor.
