SARscape error Attempt to call undefined Function: “SARMAP GENERATE DEVICES LIST”

 

After installing SARscape and starting a SARscape process you may encounter the following error

Attempt to call undefined Function: ‘SARMAP GENERATE DEVICES LIST’

This error is usually related to a bad interaction between SARscape installer and Antivirus systems.

 

You can fix this issue by running the following sequence of steps:

  • Temporarily deactivate the Antivirus installed on your system.
  • Reinstall SARscape with administrator permissions.
  • Try to start SARscape and run a process.
  • If no error, re-enable the Antivirus system.
  • Try to start SARscape and run a process.
