ENVI product HASP (dongle key) licensing is not supported on 64-bit Windows operating systems prior to ENVI 5.1

ENVI product HASP device (dongle key) licensing is not supported on 64-bit Windows operating systems prior to ENVI 5.1. ENVI HASP device licensing will only work on 32-bit Windows systems for those versions.
| Note that ENVI HASP licensing has been shown to work on 32-bit Windows systems installed on either 32-bit or 64-bit hardware. Only 32-bit ENVI may run on a 32-bit Windows system, even when installed on 64-bit hardware. |
If you use an ENVI product HASP-style license and need to migrate the license to a 64-bit Windows system, you are encouraged to upgrade to ENVI 5.1 for this support. For assistance with upgrading, please contact our technical support team.
