ERROR: The host ID is marked as returned

 

This error can occur when activating a local  license. It may look similar to the following:

CAUSE: This error can occur when attempting to activate a local license on a computer that has been marked as Returned from within the Harris Download & Licensing Center web portal. Licenses cannot be activated on returned computers, nor can a "return" be undone. 

 

SOLUTION: Please contact your license administrator to resolve this issue. If you are the license administrator, please contact Harris Geospatial Solutions Technical Support.
