Compare two images with different size 1936 2

Hi, I want to link two images and compare them in the same region. The two images are taken from the same scene but they have different sizes, so I can't really link them to the same region and sometimes it will even go out of range. Is there anyway I can do this
Also, I noticed that on the top bar of the scroll window, there is a number in the round brackets. And that number of the two images is different. What does that number stand for

Is it possible to have a license server running in a machine with a permanent floating license and to "install a license you have received" through the License wizard in order to add not permanently licensed features for evaluation (.e.g ortho tool)

Hi,
while color transforming a Quickbird image from RGB to HSV I experience that the values of Hue are in the range of of e.g. 319.0018...
When I later create a color transformed image from HSV to RGB, using hue and saturation from the multispectral image and Val from the panchromatic image, to do a panchromatic sharpening, then it doesn't work in some areas, in others it works just fine.

Hi , in ENVI 5.0, the 2D Scatter Plot button under Display menu is always grey that I can't click on it. How can I open the 2D Scatter Plot dialog for an image
Also, in ENVI Classic, I can't find where the 2D Scatter Plot button is, following the help notes.

Hello,
I have issue with agricultural stress tool. A want to create stress map for the potato crops. I red in help that i need hyperspectal image or VI output file. When i select one of them the error window appears "Required indices for vegetation mapping not present". I have CASI hyperspectral 48band image. Please help me, it looks that it is nice tool for my situation.

I currently am using a program that requires two images both with a data type of 1 (as indicated in the header file) and then performs image processing with the two images. When the program was originally written both of the images used were from the same sensor, so they were both the same data type (1) but now I'm trying to use one from that sensor and one from another sensor that produces images of data type 2. I am trying to convert that second image from data type 2 to data type 1 but...

Hi, I'm looking for detailed information on the Mosaic tool in ENVI. I have mosaic several images together using the ENVI Help files; this is relatively easy. I know want to understand exactly what the tool is doing with my data. I'm guessing it is an empirical method of sorts. Is it using polynomials or linear regressions Does anyone know where I can find this sort of detailed information

Hi,
I am a little confused. Generally I work with SARscape on high resolution TerraSAR-X data. I usually need convert map coordinate to generating ground control point. I have updated ENVI from 4.8 version to 5.0 and I noticed that results from both version are different. Difference is about 20m and it is significant during geocoding HR data.
I convert from UTM 31N ellipsoid ED50 to UTM 31N ellipsoid WGS84. It seems that conversion using ENVI 4.8 is proper. Can anybody know what is the c...

I have also a L1R Hyperion image as (HDF) that I am trying to atmospherically correct
using the FLAASH module in ENVI.
First. I Convert the HDF file to ENVI standard format (BIL) as integer format
Sec. I used FLAASH module by Input Radiance Image and select the output. When I Select Read array of scale factors (1 per band) from ASCII file in the Radiance Scale Factors dialog box (in the guide mention that I need to Select the hyperionscalefactors.txt file included with the data.

MOLA data in ENVI 5.0 1408 1

I need to analyze geospatial data from the Mars MOLA dataset in ENVI 5.0 in Windows 7. I tried opening MEG500N180GB.IMG, but ENVI doesn't seem to recognize the file type. I'm also trying to open a file in a folder named mola128_88Nto88S_Simp_clon0, which I downloaded from the USGS Pigwad site. It has a file named w001001.adf, which is 1.6 gb. Given the size of the file, I'm assuming it's map projected, but ENVI doesn't open it either. Thanks!
