Can&39;t install IDL 8.1 on Mac 3422 1

Summary: Can not complete the installation on Macintosh for IDL 8.1. At the Destination Select screen both options are greyed out (1-install for all users on this computer and 2-Install for me only).
How can I get IDL installed

When I install IDL and ENVI on my Macintosh with Yosemite, the License Wizard does not appear as the instructions state, although the install produces a message that the installation was successful. When I try to run IDL/ENVI, I get an error message that the license file is not found. It is the case that the license file is not in the directory 'license' where it is supposed to be. Envi hangs but not for root 3502 9

We recently updated our license to have 1 ENVI license and multiple IDL licenses. After the update ENVI now hangs for a user. However, when run as root it comes right up.
There are no errors.

I have not used my ENVI-IDL software for a few months. I tried it today and it did not work and complained about invalid license file. I am using ENVIIDL version 4.7.

I recently downloaded the IDL. I tried to set up the license but I got the message:
You need to obtain a SIGN= version of this license from your vendor
Feature: idl
Missing: SIGN1=
FlexNet Licensing error: 114,582
Can you please help me with this problem so I can get up and running with IDL
