This task exports a raster to NITF 2.1 file format.
            Example

            e = ENVI()

            File = Filepath('qb_boulder_msi', Subdir=['data'], $
              Root_Dir=e.Root_Dir)
            Raster = e.OpenRaster(File)

            Task = ENVITask('ExportRasterToNITF21')

            Task.INPUT_RASTER = Raster

            Task.Execute

            DataColl = e.Data

            DataColl.Add, Task.OUTPUT_RASTER

            View = e.GetView()
            Layer = View.CreateLayer(Task.OUTPUT_RASTER)
            Syntax
            Result = ENVITask('ExportRasterToNITF21')
            Input parameters (Set, Get): DATA_IGNORE_VALUE, INPUT_RASTER, NITF_COMPRESSION, OUTPUT_RASTER_URI
            Output parameters (Get only): OUTPUT_RASTER
            Parameters marked as "Set" are those that you can set to specific values. You can also retrieve their current values any time. Parameters marked as "Get" are those whose values you can retrieve but not set.
            Input Parameters
            DATA_IGNORE_VALUE (optional)
            Specify a unique data value for pixels in the output raster that have a non-zero pixel state value. See Raster Pixel State for more information.
            INPUT_RASTER (required)
            Specify a raster to export to NITF 2.1 format.
            NITF_COMPRESSION (optional)
            Specifies the NITF compression type. The choices are as follows:
            If the data type is byte, integer, unsigned integer, long integer, or unsigned long integer, the following options will work:

                - EPJE Num Lossless

- EPJE Vis Lossless

- NPJE Num Lossless

- NPJE Vis Lossless

- Transcode EPJE to NPJE: Only works for NITF files that are C8-compressed and are not spatially subsetted
- Transcode NPJE to EPJE: Only works for NITF files that are C8-compressed and are not spatially subsetted
The following options work for rasters that have one or three bands, and the data type is byte:

                - JPEG DCT (High)

- JPEG DCT (Low)

- JPEG DCT (Medium)

The default value is No Compression.
            OUTPUT_RASTER_URI (optional)
            Specify a string with the fully qualified filename and path of the associated OUTPUT_RASTER.

                - If you do not specify this parameter, or set it to an exclamation symbol (!), ENVI creates a temporary file.
- If you set it to the hash symbol (#), ENVI creates a file in the temporary directory, but this file will not be deleted when ENVI closes.
Output Parameters
            OUTPUT_RASTER
            This is an object reference to the output raster, of filetype NITF.
