Use Photographic Stretch to enhance the color of a true-color input image to produce an RGB image that corresponds well to the response of the human eye. These results look more like realistic color photos. The bands of the true-color input image are nonlinearly scaled then co-added to produce this stretch.

  1. From the Toolbox, select Transform > Photographic Stretch.
  2. Select one band each for the R, G, and B fields, then click OK. The Photographic Stretch Parameters dialog appears.
  3. To spatially subset your data, click Spatial Subset.
  4. Output the result to File or Memory.
  5. Click OK.
